What you can do

- Have a think about the courses and/or subjects you would like to take and find out if your school offers them

- If your school doesn't do the course or subjects you're interested in, don't worry. Many schools have arrangements with other local schools and colleges who will be able to offer the subjects that you wish to study

- Have a chat to your school or the school you are interested in going to. Many schools now offer a range of other courses such as NVQs, so you should find out what's on offer to you
