Careers Planning and Connexions Services

Helping young people and adults find the right job, career, course and training is at the heart of our business.

Focusing on IAG solutions for young people and adults, we deliver a comprehensive range of career planning services through local authorities and regionally through the LSC. Nationally, our teams provide career management and outplacement services to a wide range of public sector and government organisations.

Our current portfolio comprises Connexions services and a major role in three regional adult 'nextstep' services. Embracing the South East region and working in London, Yorkshire and Humberside, our portfolio makes us one of the largest and most experienced IAG companies in England.

Our teams often attract additional funds by collaborating with voluntary and public sector partners to provide enhanced IAG services within the ‘Welfare to Work’ agenda.

Our qualified careers and IAG practitioners are experienced in urban or rural communities, computer-based and online career diagnostics, assessment packages, tailored careers management programmes and outplacement services.
