    Service Description

    "The Research Team will continue to provide high quality research and data analysis on pupil performance for review and to inform target-setting and comparative information for use in school self-evaluation. We will continue to fulfill statutory obligations in submitting school returns on time and supporting all areas of the education service in monitoring performance using management information. The Research Team will also continue to provide robust evidence to assist the development of directed, focused interventions supporting integrated service provision through Children’s Services."

    Service Developments

    EduAction Prior Attainment Review & Pupil Performance Estimates Pack

    This innovative new profile report comprises a comprehensive pupil-level list for each pupil’s
    SATS prior attainment in the school by Year Group, and estimates of pupil performance. There are summary charts and tables for each analysis and the number of pupils matched to the National Pupil Database and PLASC data sources incorporated and annotated in each section.

    EduAction – Research Services Intranet and Internet Sites Developments

    There is an ongoing development to further improve the Research Services Internet & Intranet sites – you can now access a variety of information and documents directly from the Research Library. We have also setup a Service desk where enquires, information requests, comments and suggestions can be put forward to the research team.
    Ths forms part of our ongoing development in the drive to further improve communication and information sharing processes to and from the Research Team.
