Babcock 4s is the School Innovation Services Provider for the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Babcock provides school improvement services to Waltham Forest, and provides education services nationally. The Babcock School Improvement Service works in partnership with schools and settings to improve the quality of teaching and learning for all pupils from the most vulnerable to the most able. The service provides a combination of the core Local Authority role, services that are focused on schools with the greatest need, the promotion of schools’ own strategies for improvement through partnerships and networks.
